File with confidence.
Four steps from engagement to filing-ready deliverable. Designed to fit inside a litigator's existing workflow — not beside it.
§ The processFour steps
From fact pattern to filing-ready.
-
01
Select a service, complete the intake.
Pick the deliverable from the catalog — appellate brief, motion, complaint, LawEdit+ refinement, research memo. The intake walks through four steps: matter details, supporting document upload, drafting notes, and a confidentiality acknowledgment. Plan on roughly six minutes.
-
02
Matter is acknowledged. A drafting lead is assigned.
Within two business hours of submission, a drafting lead with domain experience in the subject matter acknowledges the matter and confirms the deadline. If the intake surfaces anything ambiguous — a missing exhibit, an unclear procedural posture — the drafting lead reaches out through your preferred contact method before drafting begins.
-
03
Drafting, verification, second-attorney review.
The drafting team uses LawEdit+ and the Cause of Action Finder to accelerate mechanical work — Shepard checks, citation placement, standard-of-review framing. The humans on the team direct strategy, sequence arguments, and calibrate tone. Every cited precedent is Shepardized or KeyCited. Nothing leaves the firm without a second practicing-attorney pass.

04
Delivery in editable Word, with the full record attached.
The completed deliverable arrives in Microsoft Word format. Every cited opinion is attached as a PDF, ready to drop into your filing. You review, sign, and file — confident that every authority has been checked, every argument has been weighed, and every citation is current.
§ What you getThe commitment

Every cited precedent Shepardized or KeyCited. Every opinion attached as a PDF. Your cite-check is done.

The commitment is simple: you submit once, a practicing attorney takes the file, and a filing-ready deliverable lands in your inbox by the deadline you set.
§ QuestionsFrequently asked
Before you submit.
- Who can engage the firm?
- Our services are for licensed attorneys and sophisticated law firms. We are not a self-service product for the general public.
- Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
- Every engagement is treated as attorney work product under standing confidentiality protocols. We can sign a matter-specific NDA on request — just note it in your intake.
- How are my files stored?
- Uploaded files are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored outside the public web root, and accessible only through an authenticated download handler tied to your order.
- What if the deadline slips?
- We commit to your deadline at intake. If we miss it — barring force majeure — we make it right. Contact the drafting lead as soon as you can.
- Do you offer revisions?
- Standard engagements include one round of targeted revisions. Broader revisions are available as a follow-on engagement.
- Is there a reseller program for firms that refer volume?
- Yes. Our white-label reseller program offers tiered discounts to firms that refer recurring work. Reseller program →
